Minimum Technical Qualifications:

At least ten (10) years of hands-on experience with Power BI to write complex DAX calculations, develop interactive dashboards, and implement best practices for data visualization.
At least ten (10) years of experience in writing complex SQL queries, SQL performance turning, creating E-R diagrams, and designing efficient data models for large-scale Data Warehouse systems.
At least five (5) years of programming experience in Python, Java, or R for data processing, automation, and working with large datasets.
At least three (3) years of experience in Amazon Redshift or Snowflake for scalable BI solutions
At least two (2) year hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini), Auto-ML tools, or NLP for generative AI use cases, predictive analysis, or data forecasting.

Desirable Technical Qualifications

Hands-on experience of providing enterprise level data architecture and/or data modeling services at a public sector entity such as local, State or Federal agency.
Hands-on experience in developing ETL pipelines with AWS ETL tools such as AWS Glue, AWS Step functions, and AWS Crawlers.
AWS professional certifications.
A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related fields from an accredited or government-sanctioned college/university.
