Position Overview:Join our dynamic team as a Business Unit
Manager, where you'll drive growth and foster lasting customer
relationships to help shape our company's future. At PICA
Manufacturing Solutions, we are seeking a dynamic Business Unit
Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead in
selling our innovative products, including Flex Printed Circuit
Boards, Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), Electronic Assemblies, and
Rigid-Flex Printed Circuits-critical components in exciting markets
such as medical wearables and IoT devices. You will manage key
customer relationships, oversee project developments, and shape the
future of our business by defining strategic sales and marketing
objectives, customizing efforts based on market trends, and leading
engineering activities to ensure successful project outcomes.Key
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define sales and marketing objectives for
your region or portfolio, aligning efforts with market trends and
customer needs in medical devices and wearable technology
industries.
- Customer Engagement: Identify new prospects in these innovative
markets, build lasting relationships, and convert them into leads
through strategic sales activities.
- Team Management: Recruit and manage account-specific sales
representatives, ensuring they can deliver exceptional results and
drive growth in key sectors.
- Project Management: Oversee project development from initiation
to production ramp-up, collaborating with Account Managers and
manufacturing partners to service existing accounts and ensure the
successful delivery of products like Flex PCBs and Rigid-Flex
circuits.
- Sales Excellence: Drive the pricing process, close deals, and
consistently contribute to profitable growth in sales revenues,
particularly in the medical and wearable device markets.
- Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer complaints efficiently,
leveraging all available company resources to ensure satisfaction
and strengthen relationships.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor competition, recommend changes
in products, services, and policies, and maintain professional and
technical knowledge to stay ahead in the evolving electronics
manufacturing landscape.
- Lead Vetting: Identify and evaluate potential prospects to
determine if they align with PICA's offerings. This includes leads
from marketing campaigns, trade shows, or your prospecting
efforts.What We're Looking For:

PICA's products, including Flex PCBs, Rigid-Flex Circuits,
electronic assemblies, and their applications in medical and
wearable devices.Travel Requirement:
