Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Case Manager to facilitate
patient access and support services for gene therapy and hemophilia
treatments.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients in accessing therapy through enrollment,
reimbursement, and order management
Provide education and training on products and devices to patients
and healthcare providers
Coordinate communication between patients, healthcare providers,
and treatment centers to resolve access-related issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in a science or health-related field
Valid and active licensure in an applicable science or
health-related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare field, with at
least 7 years in care coordination or case management
2-3 years of experience in medical billing or insurance claim
management, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
Experience in patient services for cell and gene therapies or
specialty pharmaceutical products
