Job Description:

We're seeking an Assistant Manager for our Penn Valley Shop. The ideal candidate will have managerial experience, Front of House and Back of House knowledge, and thrive under pressure. Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory, customer service, and team leadership. Requirements include working Saturdays and Sundays, lifting 50+ pounds, and having reliable transportation. Compensation includes an annual salary of $50,000, 2 weeks PTO, and health insurance. We're a team-oriented shop with a strong community presence. We want someone who takes pride in creating high-quality products and keeping staff on track during busy times. This is not a supervisory position, but a hands-on role where you'll work alongside staff. We're open 7 days a week, with hours of operation from 7am to 2pm. We expect this position to work 5 days a week, with managers arriving by 5:45am. Tasks include working on the line, managing inventory, and representing the Kismet brand.
