Job Description:
A company is looking for an Independently Licensed Therapist (W2
Salary) in Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct weekly or bi-weekly therapy sessions with clients
Collaborate with prescribers to support clients' medication
management
Create a flexible schedule for client sessions within specified
hours
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Independently licensed therapist in the U.S. (e.g., LPC, LMFT,
LCSW)
Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family
therapy, or equivalent
Experience diagnosing mental health disorders per DSM-5
criteria
Open to obtaining additional state licenses
Comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment
