• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in the State of California
• 3 - 7 years of litigation experience with Toxic Tort, Product Liability, and/or Personal Injury Defense matters
• Must have experience with motion practice and depositions
• 2nd chair trial experience preferred
• Very strong organizational and analytical skills
• Superior written and oral communication skills
• Legal project management experienceResponsibilities
• Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
• Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
• Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
