Young adults can participate in a one-year intensive job training program that includes in-classroom skill development, internships, and personalized coaching. The program combines technical and professional training with access to internships and job placement support through YUPRO Placement. Participants may intern at leading organizations in the California Bay Area and receive an educational stipend. To be eligible, applicants must be 18-29 years old, a high school graduate or GED recipient, eligible to work in the U.S., and available Monday-Friday throughout the program. They must also be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills and not have obtained a Bachelor's degree. The program provides professional business and communication skills, interviewing and networking skills, resume building, and ongoing support. In-depth classes include application development, banking and customer success, helpdesk/Desktop support, project management support, and data analytics. 80% of graduates are employed and/or enrolled in postsecondary education within 4 months of graduation, and earn an average starting salary of $53,000 per year.
