SummaryThe Salesforce Administrator performs User Management, Data
Management, Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Process Automation,
Change Management, Security Management. This person participates in
all phases of development life cycle, leads requirements gathering
and documentation, and serves as an expert of Salesforce products,
continually staying up to date with new Salesforce technology. The
Salesforce Administrator works directly with the business and
technical stakeholders to automate and customize the user
experience, solving business problems using the Salesforce
Platform. This role also involves communicating to and educating
end-users on the changes or new product functionality and
understanding system integrations between Salesforce and other
systems.Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Business Community
- Provide support to and serve as a point of contact for internal
customers who request routine information, data summaries and/or
reports.
- Identify areas of improvement for services provided both
internally and outward facing.
- Share knowledge and instruct other members of the department
and the company.
- Develop, deploy, and report on various user satisfaction
metrics.
- Assist in making requests, routing routine reporting, and
defining a process for report requests.
- Partner with Business Systems Analysts to assist different
functional areas across the company.
- Support the application users for designated business systems,
including Salesforce.
- Ensure assigned platforms are effective and efficient.
- Participate in project meetings and report on the status of
analytical tasks and project work.
- Manage integrations with Salesforce and other systems.
- Focus on Quality Improvement in Business Applications
- Implement specified Quality Assurance procedures to ensure data
accuracy.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage change
requests and bugs.
- Conduct various audits and analyses.
- Review business requirements and develop test scripts.
- Work on special projects as business needs arise.
- Adopt and Champion Company Policies and Procedures
- Responsible for cleanliness, organization, and overall
department appearance.
- Share knowledge and instruct other members of the
department.
- Create ongoing efforts to improve the Company and the IT
Applications Department.
- Understand Mizuho OSI's business objectives and support the
Corporate Vision, Mission & Values Statements.
- Understand and follow Mizuho OSI's internal Quality System
policies.Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Must have a broad knowledge of customizing Salesforce and
managing users.
- Proven ability to independently perform Salesforce
administration best practices.
- Ability to work with a team or independently in various
tasks.
- Experience with Sales cloud, Salesforce Field Service, Pardot,
and CPQ.
- Excellent understanding of data and integration
architectures.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Excellent customer focus with a high sense of urgency.
- Ability to function calmly in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in the Medical Device industry is
