Job Description:
A company is looking for a Production Manager to oversee
pipeline management and support branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor estimated closing dates and manage pipeline effectively
Collaborate with branch processors to ensure accurate submission of
loan files to underwriting
Assist with training and support for new processors and maintain
compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years of loan processing experience
Prior experience in management or team lead role preferred
Knowledge of mortgage lending functions and relevant regulations
required
Experience with Encompass loan origination software preferred
